Rehana is an occupational therapist in Toronto, Ontario, currently working at St Michael’s Hospital. She has developed and facilitated psychoeducation, psychodynamic and activity-based groups for adults and older adults with various mental illnesses, including mood disorders, personality disorders and psychotic disorders. Rehana is passionate about improving quality of life and supporting meaningful engagement in activities, and believes strongly in incorporating creative approaches into her practice. She is also actively involved in research and teaching activities, and holds an academic appointment as lecturer at the University of Toronto.
