CGPA 2017 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Welcome – Engage – Network – and Enjoy!

As your Interim President and the 2017 Conference Chair, it is a great pleasure to welcome everyone to this exciting and densely-packed conference. Many people have been working hard on the front lines and behind the scenes to bring this together. We have faced some unexpected challenges along the way with losses and changes in team members. But despite this, the group persevered – as healthy working groups do! We are delighted to welcome folks from the local area and from far afield for a rich experience at many levels: cognitively, theoretically, and experientially. In particular we are thrilled to have Dr. Joseph Shay with us to kick off our conference on Thursday morning. Best wishes, Joan-Dianne Smith MSW, RSW, FCGPA, Winnipeg
